Quality Service¡GUnder normal running and operation, the equipments have one year quarantee firmly by Seller after delivery and installation finished. (But excluding the consuming Products & Parts) |

The Wires/Cables of Power Supply Switch connected to Electricity Control Box and the waterfed/drain pipes to machines are always buyerself provided. |

Seller's Engineer to be sent to transfer the Machine Know-How and guide the Operation Technicals to buyer for machines installation there, if buyer needed. Buyer shall pay for the charges at 200USD/DAY/PERSON with board and lodging, and a round way Air-Tickets, further including the local application of working certifcate visa in advance. |

Maintenance during the period of quarantee¡G |

| (A) |
If there is any troubles or damages happened during the operation, buyer shall be up to Seller's FAX/TEL/E-Mail guidance to do a simple maintenance beforehand. |
| (B) |
Under normal running and operation, there are some troubles or damages happened and our Engineers needed to be sent for making the maintenance there, buyer needs to pay for expenses of the board and lodging including the application of working visa only. |
| (C) |
Under in-normal running and operation, there are some troubles or damages happened and our Engineers needed to be sent for making the maintenance there, buyer needs to pay for the charges of Engineer's working wages at 200USD/DAY/PERSON , the machine parts-costs, a round way Air-Tickets, board and lodging including the application of working visa
togther. |

Seller will submit the operation manual of equipments to Buyer with shipping original documents together. |

All measurements of Project Blueprints(Drawings) submitted, seller always keeps the right of final revision. |
